Stage Programmes (Gospel Rallies)

“Proclaiming the Gospel through Local Art Forms” is our method.We have an Orchestra group, Drama Troupe, Dance Group.

Dance Group : The Christian Media Centre is the pioneer to introduce the South Indian Classical Dance “Bharatha Natiyam” in the Evangelism work. The Dance Drama, “Naan Pettra Inbam” (The Joy I received) is very much familiar among the Christian community in South India right from the 70s and 80s. Still the programme is going on and suitable for Gospel Rallies and Church Programmes. Many Churches sponsor one or all of these three programs during their Church festivals, Evangelism Crusades and Annual Gatherings. Even schools arrange such programs on their special days.

Music Group: The Christian Media Centre uses the talents of young people in proclaiming the good News of our Lord Jesus Christ. We have three such groups of young people organized themselves as Orchestra and perform Music Programmes all over the country on invitation from Churches or Institutions. Two groups perform in Tamil language and the other one is in Malayalam Language which is based in Trivandrum in Kerala State.
It is a nice tool to spread the Gospel which attracts people irrespective of their religion, caste or creed. In most of the cases it is conducted with a heavy subsidy from our part.

Drama Group : Our Drama group performs two different Dramas with Gospel message in different places all over Tamilnadu on request. These programmes are suitable for Anniversaries, Special functions in the Church.
