The Lutheran Hour started its ministries in India in the year 1950. From a very humble beginning as the “Lutheran Centre”; it grew as CACS and spread its branches in Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada languages. The same Organisation is functioning as Christian Media Centre – India, nowadays. We are happy to identify ourselves as, the people of Christ with a message of Hope. “Our Motto is to Bringing Christ to the Nations and the Nations to the Church”. Though we are doing different type of Ministries in different languages. Our message is one, “Jesus Christ is the only way for real life”. The message is proclaimed through Radio, Television, Literatures and live stage performances like Music, Drama and Folk Arts. We have completed 56 years of Service to the Lord and our Motherland India. It is possible only with the grace of our Lord and the sincere prayer and support from friends and well wishers like you.
